Hornets Open Counter Action With Victories
The Greenhill girls tennis team posted two victories over the past few weeks against SPC opponents.

On March 27, the Greenhill girls tennis team cruised past Fort Worth Country Day with a sweep victory for their first counter match of the season. Line 1 doubles came back to win in a third-set tiebreaker, decisively taking the match with a final score of 10-3 in the tiebreaker. On April 8, Greenhill defeated Episcopal School of Dallas, 4-1. Ana Blankson, Greenhill’s line 3 singles player, came back from a 0-3 deficit to win her first set and the match. Anika Katikaneni decisively won on line 2 singles, while Sophia Wang showed great fight and heart on line 1 singles. Both Greenhill doubles teams won in two sets for a solid victory over ESD. |
