For more than 30 years, our Extended Day program has provided a safe and fun environment for Greenhill students to play – a place where play encourages children to make friends, share thoughts and ideas, or spend time with caring adults.
Extended Day is a caring and convenient option for our Preschool through Middle School students after school. Our high-quality program includes:
A limited number of Extended Day registrations are accepted per grade level.
Extended Day events: Latin Culture Week, Extended Day State Fair, Popsicles on the Playground, National Pickle Day, Mardi Gras Parade, Art Showcase, etc.
Daily snacks (individually wrapped) will be provided.
A sense of belonging in an inclusive community.
A supervised and quiet space for homework completion.
Opportunities to socialize in a fun, safe, and relaxed environment.
Extend and Explore Classes
After-school Extend & Explore classes allow our Preschool and Lower School students to grow, learning skills such as coding, magic, or science. Families do not have to be registered for Extended Day to attend these classes but must have an account in the Extended Day System.
Tuition Options
Extended Day tuition will be billed to your student’s Fast Automatic Cash Transfer System (FACTS) account monthly. Charges will be posted to FACTS at the end of each month beginning in October and ending in May. The tuition amount will be due in full on the 25th of the following month that tuition was billed. If the 25th falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the scheduled due date is pushed to the next available business day.
Late Pick-Up Fee: Families will be charged a $2.00 per minute late fee if arriving after the designated pick-up time. Late fees will appear on the student's Extended Day FACTS account.
Preschool
Dismissal to LS Carpool Care (2:45 – 3:15 pm) – $105 monthly
Dismissal to MS Carpool Care (2:45 – 3:45 pm) – $210 monthly
After Care (2:45 – 6:00 pm) – $520 monthly
Lower School
Dismissal to MS Carpool Care (3:15 – 3:45 pm) – $105 monthly
After Care (3:15 – 6:00 pm) – $455 monthly
Middle School
After Care (3:45 – 6:00 pm) – $350 monthly
Holiday Care
On select holidays, Greenhill offers care to students currently enrolled in the Extended Day program, excluding students enrolled in just Extend & Explore classes. These care days are when the School is closed but Extended Day still provides care.

Registration
The cost of Holiday Care is $80 per full day and $55 per half day. Holiday Care registration is done through CampBrain and billed through FACTS. Registration closes one week before the Holiday Care date. If you pre-register and do not cancel the registration one week prior to the date, you will be charged for the service, even if your child does not attend. Once registration closes, we may be unable to accept registrations. If you have any questions, please contact DeBorah Henry, Director of Child Development Center & Extended Day.
Families must send a lunch with their child for the day as we are not able to go to the dining hall.

How do I know if my application was submitted?
Once you have selected your class and submitted all forms on CampBrain, you will see your child’s schedule in the Summary section with Scheduled next to it.
When will I know if my child is enrolled in Extended Day?
Registration confirmation will be provided via email to families.
How do I make changes to my registration after it is submitted?
If you need to make changes to your child/children’s schedule after you have submitted the registration, you will need to email DeBorah Henry and Isela Cabral. There is no way for you to make a change or remove a course in CampBrain after the application has been submitted.
How do I cancel my entire registration after I submit my information?
Please email DeBorah Henry and Isela Cabral to let us know that you are no longer in need of care. There is no way for you to make a change or remove a course in CampBrain after the application has been submitted. There will be a $100 cancelation fee applied with the cancellation of Extended Day.
