To honor their contributions, the Greenhill Alumni Board presents the Distinguished Alumni Award and Alumni Service Award annually.
Distinguished Alumni Award
The Distinguished Alumni Award is designated for alumni who have achieved prominence in their field through their personal and professional endeavors. The award honors a graduate whose outstanding character, accomplishments, and service embody the characteristics and spirit of Greenhill’s mission to prepare and inspire our students to lead authentic, purposeful lives. This award has been presented since 1985.

Alumni Service Award
Established in 2020, the Alumni Service Award honors a graduate for outstanding service and dedication to Greenhill School. Honorees demonstrate a strong loyalty to Greenhill, exceptional contributions of time and effort, and a personal commitment to the advancement of the School’s mission.

Award Nominations
We welcome you to nominate a member of the alumni community for awards. Nominations are reviewed in the spring and recipients are announced in the fall. Alumni Awards are presented during Homecoming in October.
Nominators may update packets each year the nomination is considered active. Please do not inform candidates that they are under consideration since only a limited number of recipients are chosen each year from many worthy individuals. All deliberations are kept confidential. Individuals may be re-nominated at any time.
Many of our alumni continue their passion for athletics at the collegiate level, competing in NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. We take great pride in celebrating their achievements. You can explore our Athletes Beyond Greenhill page to see our alumni who have excelled in college sports.
