Founded in 1950, Greenhill School is one of the premier Pre-K – Grade 12 independent, co-educational, nonsectarian schools in the nation, preparing students to lead authentic, purposeful lives.

Brief History

Founded in 1950 by Helen and Bernard Fulton, Greenhill has a rich history of dedicated faculty members, a committed community, and students who strive to make the world a better place. On the first day of school, September 11, 1950, Greenhill had 62 students and 13 teachers at the campus originally located on the corner of Walnut Hill and Hillcrest Roads in Dallas. In 1959, thanks to the generosity of Fred Agnich, Jerome Crossman, and Frank Schultz, the school moved to its current location in Addison. Since that time, Greenhill has continued to grow, filling its 75-acre campus with more than 1370 students and 15 buildings. |
