Hornets Capture Second at SPC Championships
The Greenhill girls basketball team secured a second-place finish in the 2024-2025 Winter SPC Championships on February 13-15 in the DFW area.

The Greenhill girls basketball team headed into the SPC Championship as the #2 seed to face Hockaday School in the first round. The girls dominated the first game to get the 62-42 victory. In Round 2, the Hornets faced Episcopal High School in a dominant performance. The girls cruised to victory with a commanding 74-49 win over Episcopal High School, punching their ticket to the 4A championship. In the championship round, the Hornets held a lead early in the game against The Kinkaid School, pushing the Falcons to the limit, but ultimately fell short in an 80-61 battle. They closed out the season as SPC runners-up. They finished the season 25-7 and 9-1 against SPC opponents. Congratulations on an impressive season! |
