Hornets Run First 5K of the Season
The Greenhill girls cross country team traveled to Denton for the Coach T Invitational on August 31.

The girls cross country team raced in their first 5k of the season at the Coach T invite. They all ran very measured, poised races on their way to a strong team finish, placing 12th out of 30 schools. The top five Greenhill scorers were Lilly Williams, Isabel Bhatia, Bette Tomecko, Gabi Appel, and Asha Blewett. Three JV runners (Jenna Travers, Nora Ahearn, and Geneva Smith Kuzmich) also set personal bests in their 3200-meter race. |
