Greenhill Mourns Loss of Community Member
Greenhill mourns Rhea Wolfram, a Greenhill college counselor from 1972-1985, who passed away on January 16, 2025.
The Greenhill community is mourning the loss of Rhea Wolfram, who passed away on January 16, 2025. Rhea served as Greenhill’s first dedicated college counselor. After being hired by Bernard Fulton in 1972, Rhea was determined to change the way Greenhill families approached college decisions and the way universities and the community viewed Greenhill, playing a pivotal role in elevating Greenhill’s reputation in Dallas and the nation. She claimed her greatest contribution to the Dallas private school community was talking St. Mark’s and Hockaday into collaborating on the first independent school college fair in Dallas. The inaugural venture was hosted at Greenhill in 1973. To honor her contributions to Greenhill, Rhea was recognized as a Heart of the Hill Hero in 2019, having Gold 10 named after her. We offer our deepest sympathy to her family and those in the Greenhill community who knew her. |
