Freshman Cellist Selected for TMEA Sinfonietta Orchestra
Congratulations to Amanda Ye ’28 for earning a spot in the Texas Music Educators Association’s Sinfonietta Orchestra.

Following a series of auditions involving the top public and private school orchestra students throughout the state of Texas, Amanda Ye ’28 was selected to the Texas Music Educators Association’s Sinfonietta Orchestra. The orchestra will rehearse and perform February 12-15, 2025, at the Texas Music Educators Convention in San Antonio. The freshman cellist was selected with a raw rank of 34, and her final ranking will be subject to chair auditions shortly before the convention. Congratulations, Amanda! |
