Greenhill has hosted one of the longest-standing cross country meets in Texas: Greenhill/Luke’s Locker 6 Mile Relay. The season-opening relay features multiple races in three categories with all teams racing over the same 1.5-mile course that includes haybales and a challenging hill approaching the 1-mile mark.

Please give ample time for travel and parking at Norbuck Park. We will have police officers directing drop-off and parking for buses.
6:15 am: Registration
7:30 am: Varsity 6A/5A Boys (two per school)
7:30 am: Varsity 4A/Under Boys (two per school)
7:35 am: Varsity 6A/5A Girls (two per school)
7:35 am: Varsity 4A/Under Girls (two per school)
8:30 am: Junior Varsity "A" Boys (two per school) and Junior Varsity "B" Boys (Unlimited)
8:35 am: Junior Varsity "A" Girls (two per school) and Junior Varsity "B" Girls (Unlimited)
Directions
Take LBJ (635) to Central Expressway (75). Go south on (75) to Northwest Highway (Loop 12). Exit on the eastbound ramp. Travel on Northwest Highway past Abrams Road until you reach the intersection of Audelia Rd. & Buckner Blvd. Go south on Buckner, exit onto the frontage road immediately, and pass through the overpass to reach the parking lot.
Registration Details
Registration closes on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, and entries will close once 50 schools have registered. Please note:
$50 for each relay team
$350 maximum fee for schools entered in multiple divisions
A school may enter two Varsity teams, two Junior Varsity "A" teams, and an unlimited number of Junior Varsity "B" teams.
Please understand that in the case of inclement weather (beyond our control) that forces the cancellation of the race, school entry fees for the 39th Annual Greenhill/Luke's Locker 6-Mile Relay will not be refunded. Since this meet normally marks the beginning of the cross country season, we realize that it might be difficult with the entry fee so you can bring it with you to the meet or mail it later on.
