Congratulations to the nineteen Middle School JCL members who competed at the 2024 NJCL Convention at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. They excelled in academics, arts, and athletics, bringing home over 30 ribbons. Congratulations to Tomal Khan, who earned the High Score trophy for Latin Grammar, Level II.
The Intermediate Certamen Team, consisting of Tomal Khan, Ansh Gandhi, Arman Makhani, and Connor Kim, with alternate Rishi Kumbhani, made it to the semifinals. Despite a close match, they finished in 8th place, an impressive achievement for eighth graders competing at the Intermediate level.
These dedicated students started their days at 7:00 am and finished at 11:00 pm with State Fellowship. They tackled academic tests, participated in athletic events, attended various workshops, took a "Mystery Test," and successfully escaped Pandora's Breakout Room.
