Greenhill School Film Program Featured in KERA TV Series Frame of Mind

Greenhill School’s award-winning film program is the subject of an entire episode of the KERA series Frame of Mind. The series features Texas-made independent films that highlight a variety of styles, genres and stories that reflect the state’s unique culture.

Episode 5, which airs on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 10:00 p.m., showcases seven films created by Greenhill students in their Advanced Video Production class with film teacher Corbin Doyle.

The producers of the program contacted Doyle because of the sophistication exhibited through the stories and images in Greenhill student films, and because of the students’ impressive record of accolades from festivals such as South by Southwest and Dallas International Film Festival. “Our students have incredible talent and drive,” shared Corbin. “It is always such an honor to have people outside of the Greenhill community recognize their work. I am thrilled that more people will be able to experience these films because of this television show.”
